Greetings! Thank you for stopping by the Jubilee Furniture blog where every Thursday I post photos of some of the furniture which was donated that week.

I have fewer photos today due to an especially hectic day yesterday which meant I couldn’t get everything priced and photographed (and not for lack of furniture. Trust me – we have PLENTY of furniture). Not too terrible but it does mean I gotta get back to the store this morning and get ‘er done before – hopefully – many of you show up this afternoon (our hours are Thursdays & Fridays from 1 to 8 and Saturdays from 9 to 4).

Let’s take a look at some of our current inventory:

this cast aluminum set by Outdoor Lifestyle USA normally has a 20 year guarantee on the frame (guarantee is only available if purchased directly from the manufacturer or an authorized seller – which we are not. I share the 20 year information so you understand how well made these pieces are). There are four swivel rocker (with cushions) and a table/fire pit – or fill the copper bowl with ice and your favorite beverages! There are no prices online so I called a dealer and was informed these chairs – frame only retail for $500 and the cushions are $150 (for a pair). He didn’t sell the table/fire pit so wasn’t sure what that retailed for. This donation was picked up from the manufacturer’s display floor at The Merchandise Mart – never been used. We’re selling the whole set for $1,995 which is 1/3 off the retail price (if the table/fire pit retailed for $400 which is a conservative figure). Yes, that’s a lot of money – but, remember, this is a set which will last a very long time!

this unassuming – but lovely – side chair is actually a recliner! Excellent condition priced $85

gorgeous antique bedroom set includes a tall chest of drawers for $185; amazing make up table with stool for $225; and a full size headboard, footboard and side rails for $165 (mattress and box spring are sold separate)

set of six dining chairs – super lovely but they all need to be cleaned – priced $345 for all six; amazingly fabulous Drexel Heritage table with two leaves for $395

I love this Thomasville dresser and chest of drawers! Black Asian style dresser is priced $175; matching chest of drawers for $150

this retro dining set is by Morganton – which is a new manufacturer to me and one I couldn’t find much information about. Table (top needs to be refinished) and four chairs are priced $145; matching buffet for $185

okay all you vintage lovers – take a look at this! Chrome bentwood rocker with black pleather upholstery. Chrome needs to be cleaned and there’s one ding in the pleather on the front. Priced $175
