There’s a new face at Jubilee Furniture and it belongs to Crista Olson! Coming to us with twelve years of working at Willow Creek (five of them running their coffee shop) and managing 400 volunteers, Crista brings all that experience, ability and knowledge – along with a lot of excitement – to the role of Store Operations Manager. Crista is happily married to her wonderful husband of three years and has three adult stepchildren. Crista is “thrilled” to be the latest addition to the Jubilee Furniture story.
With Crista’s arrival though we say good-bye to Bruce Kesler who – for the last year – has been in that position. Bruce is returning to his “cabinet shop” – Bruce’s name for his extensive studio and woodworking shop where he creates gorgeous fine furniture and built-ins with great skill and craftsmanship. Bruce told me this has really been his year of jubilee! So cool!

don’t let the $85 price tag deceive you – this is a very nice Highland House of Hickory Inc. four piece (including rolling ottoman) sectional in good condition. Granted, it’s a unique size/shape and won’t work for everyone but in the right room – this piece would offer tons of comfortable sitting!
this is a gorgeous Room & Board sofa – I love the one long bench style to the seat and back cushions (less adjusting) – I did find one back corner that has a slight worn through spot and a few other minor places where the velvet isn’t perfect – but otherwise a super amazing piece! Priced $415
here’s another gorgeous piece – this time by Henredon from their Acquisitions collection – beautiful wood and metal coffee table in excellent condition. Priced $165
Walter E. Smithe four piece leather and suede sectional – suede needs to be cleaned and there are some worn spots in the leather – but overall a very nice sofa. Priced $235
wonderful pine pedestal table with two leaves and table pads – priced $195. Six ladder back chairs with rush seats (some of the rush needs to be repaired) – priced $60 for all six of ‘em!

two Room & Board dining chairs in great condition priced $45 each (I almost bought these for myself and now that I see they sell for $349 on the R&B site – I wish I had! Oh well – someone else will enjoy them!)

cool Oriental style black lacquer buffet and one piece china cabinet. Both pieces need to be aired out (I smelled something when I opened the doors – especially on the china cabinet) and the buffet is missing three of it’s drawer pulls. Buffet is priced $85; one piece china cabinet is $165
this is also a one piece china cabinet and it needs some work (I opened one of the doors and then couldn’t close it – yikes!) – priced $75
